Fausto PROVENZANO
He obtained a diploma from XI Liceo Scientifico di Milano and graduated in business administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 1984.
Member of the ODCEC since 1986 and Register of Auditors since 1995. Starting from 1997, he has been carrying out his business activity in partnership with Marco Zampetti, focusing in the following areas:
- Tax consultancy (including the negotiation of Ruling and Advance Price Agreement)
- VAT compliance for foreign parties operating in Italy
- Tax litigation
- Corporate law
- Evaluations and appraisals
He also possesses significant experience in corporate transactions between parties, members of the EU.
He has held and holds positions of administration and control in industrial, commercial, and service companies. Married, he has 2 sons and is passionate about hiking and travel.
Marco ZAMPETTI
He obtained a Diploma from Istituto Leone XIII di Milano and graduated in Business Administration from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 1993.
Member of the ODCEC since 1995 and Register of Auditors since 1999.
Starting from 1997, he has been carrying out his business activity in partnership with Fausto Provenzano, where his main occupational activities are:
- Tax consultancy
- Tax litigation
- Corporate law
- Evaluations and appraisals
He also developed significant experience in the field of regulatory compliance for businesses and financial intermediaries. He also holds lectures and trainings meetings about the various areas he follows.
He has held and holds positions of administration and control in industrial, commercial, and service companies, as well as financial intermediaries. Married, he has 2 daughters, plays golf, he is a sommelier and is passionate about cooking.
Elisa BELLONI
She obtained her Diploma from Liceo Don Carlo Gnocchi in Carate Brianza and graduated in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2009.
Member of the ODCEC and Register of Auditors since 2013. She follows all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, astatements and tax quantification.
She also deals with tax litigation and corporate transactions in general. She has held and holds positions of administration and control in industrial, commercial, and service companies.
She is a member of the Executive Council of AIDC Milan and a Delegate to the National Pension Fund for Certified Public Accountants.
Married, she has a daughter and is passionate about sports and travel.
Felicia DI GENNARO
She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2009 and a Master’s Degree in Economic and Business Sciences with a focus on Administration, Auditing and Control from Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca in 2012.
Member of the ODCEC since 2015 and member of the Register of Auditors since 2016.
She mainly deals with tax and accounting consultancy.
Massimo TAVOLA
He obtained a Diploma from ITC Parini di Lecco and graduated in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2004.
Member of the ODCEC and Register of Auditors since 2009.
He follows all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, ataxation, statements and tax quantification; he also deals with tax litigation.
He has significant experience in corporate transactions and holds lectures about the various areas he follows.
He has held and holds positions of administration and control in industrial, commercial, and service companies.
He is passionate about cinema and travels.
